Staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort was a magical experience, especially because of its proximity to Magic Kingdom and the wonderful family-friendly amenities, like the volcano pool. However, I did encounter some challenges with transportation convenience and guest service during my visit, which dampened the overall experience slightly.

I found the rooms to be nicely decorated and comfortable, although they were a bit smaller than newer deluxe hotels. The Park View room offered a nice view of the lagoon and fireworks, but I might save money and opt for a Standard View next time.
